I'm lucky. I'm out at school to staff who care about that sorta stuff. Gay students with any level of awareness know and are cool. I don't advertise, but I'm just me. Probably half the classrooms have a "Homophobia-free Zone" sticker on the whiteboard. Our school GSA provided them in the staff room with a flyer asking us to post them if we wanted to.
